Glider Viewer is designed to showcase real-time Open Glider Network aircraft data from over the world in a 3D environment. It allows you to watch live glider, paraglider and hang glider flights from stunning, immersive perspectives. The biggest benefit, however, is that all flights can be viewed in real time.

Personal Note
My name is OJ. I am an independent solo developer, and I program in my spare time. Out of curiosity, I wanted to see if it was possible to display live airport traffic in a 3D view using ADS-B data. The result of this endeavor is what I call Airport Live Traffic Viewer. In a second project I wanted to see if it was possible to display live and recorded glider flights. The result of this endeavor is what I call Glider Viewer.
Both applications are in the alpha stage and are available as fully functional, stable, and free demo versions. Free also means that this is non-commercial software. Airport Live Traffic Viewer and Glider Viewer uses APIs and data access that a developer is allowed to use.
Since the projects has proven to be technically successful, I aim to make it accessible to more people. Through this, I hope to build a community where I can engage in informal exchanges and discussions.
